Consultation deposits are non-refundable. • Installation deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. • Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours so we can address them promptly to avoid additional charges. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed; please text if running late. After the grace period, a $25 late fee will apply. • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a $50 fee will be charged. • For details on cancellation and no show policy, please see the section below. • I do not service children under 10 years old, and extra guests are not permitted during appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and banned from booking future appointments.
