At Destiny Rose Hair Studio our goal is to provide a luxury salon experience while promoting healthy hair and holistic beauty practices. ***PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING*** *Books are open 30 days at a time. For example if today is August 5th you will be able to book out as far as Sept 5th. Waitlist options available. * 1. Grace Period: Clients have a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. (Please notify me of your tardiness) 2. Late Arrivals: • 15-30 minutes late: A $25 late fee will be applied. • Over 30 minutes late: A $50 late fee will be applied, and the service will need to be rescheduled. end at the originally scheduled time. 3. Consistent Tardiness: Clients with a history of repeated lateness may have their bookings declined. 4. Communication Required: Clients must notify me if they will be late. Failure to communicate may result in cancellation. I have the right to waive the late fee. ***CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY*** * Consultation and transfer fees for new and transfer clients can be transferred once (if proper notice was given) and must be rescheduled within 30 days of initial appointment. (After 30 days a new fee is required). ****MICROLOC INSTALLATION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY*** 1. Cancellation Notice: • Clients must provide at least 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule a microlock installation appointment. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $300 nonrefundable deposit, and an additional nonrefundable deposit of $150 will be required. This deposit will not be subtracted from the quoted price as the initial $300 nonrefundable deposit. 2. Rescheduling Policy: • Clients may reschedule their installation once, provided they do so at least 7 days before the appointment. • Rescheduled appointments must occur within 60 days of the original appointment date. • If the rescheduled appointment falls outside the 60-day window or if the client reschedules more than once, a new $300 deposit will be required. 3. No-Show Policy: • Failure to show up for an appointment without prior communication will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. 4. Emergency Exceptions: • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at my discretion, (e.g., medical emergencies). If I (the stylist) need to cancel the appointment and the service is rescheduled within the 60 day timeframe, the original quoted price will be honored, regardless of hair length at the time of service. However, if the client cancels and reschedules, any price adjustments for additional hair growth will apply based on the current pricing at the time of the service. *******REFUND POLICY******* * Please be advised that once any payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies even if you decide to cancel our relationship prior to receiving services. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. Please consider this carefully before proceeding with any payment, as all transactions are final. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. *********MICROLOCS RETIGHTENING********* To maintain the best results and health of your micro locs, it is recommended to schedule retightening services every 5 to 8 weeks, with a maximum interval of 8 weeks. *****CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING I TRANSFER CLIENTS***** Space is limited. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. (cancellation fee can be waived at my discretion)
